The development of new high-technicality products follows a proven project management process, from preliminary design to final qualification, which sets tools enabling to reduce technical risks and meet client program milestones. Secan engineers rely on internal calculation software and continue to develop their design capabilities to offer innovative and optimized solutions to meet customers needs. Secan continues to develop its design capabilities by working on the next digital 4.0 technologies and additive manufacturing processes in order to always offer the best solutions meeting the most demanding requirements.

PRODUCTION

For the manufacture of its customized thermal management solutions, Secan relies on a numerous industrial resource and a wide range of technological expertise. The company relies also on its cross-functional teams consist of special process technicians and experts to cover varied services, such as: forming, surface treatment (degreasing and pickling), vacuum furnace or bath brazing and other heat treatments (NADCAP), TIG and electric resistance welding (NADCAP), conventional and digital machining, dimensional, X-ray and dye penetrant testing (NADCAP), as well as pressure and performance testing. Together with its Supply Chain makes it possible to achieve a performance objective with all the actors involved in our systems and equipment manufacturing and means Secan is a recognized player. Secan’s other support services such as Sales, Planning and Quality enable us to meet the requirements of each of its customers, from advanced manufacturing to products delivery.

AFTER-SALES

Secan provides maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for heat exchangers and air conditioning systems (aviation, land applications, civil and military). Secan has civil and military aeronautical certifications (EASA part145, FAR145, TCAC, FRA145) allowing repair according to strict quality requirements based on its experienced employees in design and production of original equipment heat exchangers. Customer support includes staff training, Life Cycle Support (MCO), overhauls and improvement for Secan products.
